CalHome DPA Program Info Session: Wednesday October 29th at 6PM PST
Artist Space Trust (AST) is facilitating all artist applicants to Northern California and Trust's (NCLT) CalHome program. This program provides up to $200k in down payment assistance to qualified low-income households to become first-time homebuyers in Alameda County.
In this info session, prepared specifically for artists, AST staff will cover the program details and elligibility requirements necessary to access NCLT's CalHome DPA funding. Info session will be followed by a Q&A with AST Staff.

We’re looking for a Real Estate Project Manager with Community Land Trust/affordable housing experience to provide managerial leadership as we strategically build our portfolio of permanently-affordable housing and creative spaces for artists in the Bay Area.
Position is full-time, benefitted, and hybrid- based out of our Berkeley office.
