Arianne Dar

Arianne is the product of the 1960’s, educated in the open classrooms of a Quaker school staffed by conscientious objectors. Drawn to the arts and activism, she has lived a life of community building, and creativity. She holds an MA in Arts Education and an MFA in Sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia PA and has worked both as a teacher and most recently as the executive director of the Bolinas Community Land Trust, a nonprofit dedicated to affordable housing in Coastal Marin County. She is now retired and dabbles in board work and philanthropy. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.
