Tess (she/her) has a passion for using data-driven analysis to drive organizational strategy. Her 20-year career has spanned the non-profit, real estate, and tech sectors, notably leading Build Now, a New Orleans-based non-profit that constructed over 100 new homes in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, before moving to the Bay Area and taking on leadership roles at notable companies such as Good Eggs and Minted. Tess currently works as an independent consultant, supporting leaders across finance, operations, and strategy. She enjoys drawing on two decades of experience to drive impact on a diverse range of organizations and projects -- from overseeing the finance function for a 2 million sf commercial real estate portfolio to working with start-up organizations to build infrastructure and develop a sustainable business plan.
