Artist Space Trust is pleased to offer an affordable homeownership opportunity for a qualifying artist household at Celadon House in San Francisco’s Mission District.
The available home is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Tenancy in Common unit that will be sold in partnership by Artist Space Trust and Northern California Land Trust. This nonprofit housing is offered through AST’s Community Land Trust Homeownership Program, preserving it as a permanently affordable home for artists.

Have a Debt-to-Income Ratio under 43%
Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco is the only approved mortgage lender for this property.
Additional lottery preference will be given to:
Applicants living or working in San Francisco County
Applicants with a meaningful connection to the Mission District
You do not need to live in San Francisco or have a connection to the Mission District to apply. However, Celadon House includes property-specific preferences for applicants who currently live in San Francisco or who can demonstrate a meaningful connection to the Mission District.
After the application period closes, complete applications will be entered into a lottery to establish an initial random ranking. Applicants who qualify for a property-specific preference will then receive priority in the ranking. Preferences do not guarantee that an applicant will be selected, and applicants must provide documentation to verify any preference they claim.
