Are you eligible?

To be entered into the purchase lottery, applicants must meet the following requirements:

An additional lottery preference will be given to:

  • Applicants living or working in San Francisco County

  • Applicants with a meaningful connection to the Mission District

You do not need to live in San Francisco or have a connection to the Mission District to apply. However, Celadon House includes property-specific preferences for applicants who currently live in San Francisco or who can demonstrate a meaningful connection to the Mission District.

After the application period closes, complete applications will be entered into a lottery to establish an initial random ranking. Applicants who qualify for a property-specific preference will then receive priority in the ranking. Preferences do not guarantee that an applicant will be selected, and applicants must provide documentation to verify any preference they claim.
